SUMMARY
Signing up to Bet365 was a very simple process and I found their welcome bonus of up to £50 in Bet Credits most appealing. You can see very quickly why they are considered the best bookmaker online in 2020. I was impressed by their multitude of betting markets to choose from and their fast payouts on winnings.
As a new customer to Bet365, I was able to claim their bonus which is made up of bet credits. We deposited £10 and received the maximum £50 in bet credits. but you can deposit between £5 and £10 and get 5 times your deposit in bet credits.
Here at Betting Offers, we can highly recommend Bet365 for your betting needs.
Bet365 are one of the biggest names in the online gambling world, and when I was looking to try out a new bookmaker, it didn’t take me long to decide to give them a go.
When I was researching this Bet365 review, one thing became clear; this gambling giant knows a thing of two about betting, and this is shown by the fact they have over 35 million customers around the world! I also found out they’re the biggest private employer in Stoke-on-Trent here in the UK – so I decided to give them a go, and sign up!
Bet365 Signing Up And Welcome Bonus
It took me just a couple of minutes to join Bet365, and I found the sign-up-process to be simple and easy-to-use. I had to enter a few personal details (my name, address and so on), and once I’d clicked a link in a confirmation email I was able to make my first deposit.
As a new customer I was able to take advantage of their sign up bonus of up to £50 in Free Bet Credits. How this works is they gave me 5 times the value of my first deposit as free bet credits. Once I had placed bets to the value of my depsoit and had been settled, the Bet365 Free Bet Credits were released to me. The Bet Credits were capped at £50 which makes it one of the better sign up offers that bookmakers offers. So good on you Bet365.
I did have terms to adhere to but the main ones are a min deposit of £5 and I had to place bets valued to the deposit amount, but once settled they released my Bet Credits. Min odds, bet and payment method exclusions apply. Returns exclude Bet Credits stake. Time limits and T&Cs apply. You can find the full terms and conditions for the Bet365 sign up offer by clicking the link which will take you directly to the offer/sign up page.

Depositing and Withdrawing at Bet365
I was pleased to see that Bet365 make it super easy to make deposits and withdrawals, and they offer a pretty decent number of payment methods, all of which can be found under the cashier section.
Depositing is easy, and all I needed to do was click the ‘Deposit’ button, choose my desired payment method, and select how much I wanted to fund my account with. Once the deposit was confirmed (this took, maybe 15 seconds), the funds were available within my account right away!
All of the deposit options I used were completely fee-free, although I noticed the limits did change dependant on the method I used. I was able to view a full breakdown of the payment methods by going to the site’s footer area, and clicking the ‘Payments’ tab. This then showed me a full list of all the payment methods accepted at the site.
Now, when it came to withdrawing, it was equally as easy, and all I needed to do was head to the ‘My Account’ tab, on the top-right-hand-corner of the screen. From there, I clicked the ‘Withdrawals’ button. From there, I just needed to choose my desired payment method for withdrawal, and enter the amount, and that was it!
I found that Bet365 tend to process withdrawals in between 6 to 8 hours, although I’ve heard that during busy periods, and over the weekends it can take up to 24 hours. My withdrawals, however, were processed very quickly, and appeared in my bank account within a couple of days.
Betting Markets at Bet365
For me, betting at Bet 365 is perfect. I’m a massive fan of golf, football, and horse racing – and I was happy to see these sports have extensive betting options in all these markets.
Still, I was curious about the other markets offered at the site, so I had a look through what other betting markets were available. What I found, was that they offered pretty much everything you could imagine. I found everything from surfing, to chess, to American sports…
Definitely an impressive selection of markets, and I was confident I was playing in the right place!
Live Streaming at Bet365
Clicking the ‘Live Streaming’ tab at the top of the screen brought me a page where I could view all of the live streaming events at Bet 365. I was actually really impressed by the number of events which were available to bet on in the live streaming section, and I saw everything from tennis, to football, to basketball – and, of course, horse racing. *Funded account required or have placed a bet within 24 hours.
When I placed a couple of horse racing bets, I was also happy to see that it was easy to actually view the live stream. One of the problems I’ve found on either bookmakers website’s, is that once you’ve placed your bets there isn’t a clear way to actually view the live stream.
On Bet 365, however, a screen box appeared on the right-hand-side of the screen, and the live stream I’d bet on, then played out automatically!
In-Play at Bet365
I’d heard from friends that the in-play section at Bet365 was one of the best in world, and to be fair, I wasn’t let down in the slightest.
I found it easy to access (all I had to do was click the ‘in-play’ tab at the top of the screen), and then I was able to see a list of all the events offered.
Placing bets on in-play events was easy (there was a 3-second delay, which I didn’t realise at first, but this is just to ensure fairness), and another feature I liked was that I could place accumulators using in-play selections.
Support
While I didn’t have any problems using Bet365’s website, I did want to take a look at the customer support features, so I decided to see how easy it was to get in touch with a member of staff.
I first had to enter the ‘Help Centre’, and from here, I needed to select my problem. There were some FAQs listed, which I found to be pretty in-depth, and below them, I saw options to access the live chat facility.
Testing this, I was connected to an operator in around 20 seconds, and they were then offering me the support I needed.
I also found out that they offer phone and email support too, although I didn’t test either of these methods. I did, however, read that the phone support line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Other Gambling Sections
While I’m mainly a sports betting man, I do like to have a punt at some casino games from time to time. It’s pretty self-explanatory at Bet 365, and on the top-most navigation bar I saw the links to ‘Casino’, the ‘Live Casino’, and the ‘Poker’ section.
One thing I did find, is that my account balance wasn’t shared between all of the different parts of the site. If I wanted to transfer funds from, say, from my sports betting account, to my casino account, I just needed to access the ‘My Account’ tab, and click ‘transfer’.
